We hold students to high expectations — and we make those expectations clear from day one. That means consistent instruction, honest feedback, and a culture where hard work is the norm.
EMC Performing Arts Studio runs full training programs in dance, music, theater, and AcroGynastics. Classes are leveled and sequenced, and instructors hold students to a standard, not just a schedule.
Students know what's expected of them at every stage. Parents know what their kids are working toward and why.
Through open conversations and Pathways meetings, EMC and the families become allies in supporting young performers through this journey.

At EMC we think outside the box when it comes to providing performance opportunities for our students. Community festivals, formal concerts onstage, site-specific/immersive experiences and banquet-style showcases are just a few of the ways we spotlight our performers at EMC.
Leadership Training
We Train Leaders, Not Just Performers
Rising Leaders is a youth leadership program designed for
pre-teens and teens who have a passion for the performing arts, enjoy working with children, and want to make an impact in their community.
Through interactive workshops, community service, part time employment, and one-on-one coaching, our young people develop character, work ethic and real-life leadership skills under the guidance of performing arts professionals right here at EMC.
Community
A Studio Family That Actually Shows Up
Your child will be seen here. We know their name, their strengths, and where they're stuck, and we build our teaching around that. Instructors, mentors, and older students all play a part in that, so no one is just a face in a big room.
That same standard carries over to families. You'll always know where your dancer stands and what's ahead. No guessing, no chasing down answers. Just people who are actually paying attention.
The building itself is set up for that too. It's less waiting room, more community center: comfortable lounge areas and a cafe where families actually sit, talk, and get to know each other while they wait. Real relationships get built there, not just in the studio.
